DIRECTOR MINI

MAGEWELL DIRECTOR MINI is an all-in-one concept that combines both an encoder and an HDMI recorder in a compact and robust 5'' touchscreen monitor. Equipped with 2 HDMI inputs and 2 USB AV inputs, the user can easily select the source they want to stream and record with a simple touch. It is also possible to stream three live streams simultaneously, including SRT, RTMP, and NDI HX streams. Recording is done directly onto an SD card or a USB drive via the encoder's USB output.

The 5'' AMOLED touchscreen provides intuitive and quick access to settings. Users can define multiple scenes, combining live video and audio inputs with network streams, multimedia sources, and graphics, and then switch from one scene to another on the fly. Production tools such as green screen overlay are also available. DIRECTOR MINI also offers specific features dedicated to sports event streaming, such as scoreboard integration, video highlighting, instant replay, live HTML graphics inclusion, and link aggregation.

The Director Utility app serves as a remote assistant for configuration, audio commands, video input switching, display board control, and much more. The app can also turn the smartphone camera into a streaming source as a mobile video input for the Director Mini, further enhancing the system's multi-camera production capabilities.

By combining multi-input video switching, streaming, recording, and control into a single compact device, the Director Mini allows a single operator to easily create visually appealing productions for live event coverage, remote production streams, and much more.
