What is NDI Bridge ?

NDI Bridge is a tool that enables the transport of NDI streams over remote networks, whether locally (LAN) or over the Internet (WAN). It functions as a secure tunnel, allowing NDI sources from Network A to be visible and usable on Network B, even if they are in different locations.

2- Operating mode

NDI Bridge offers two modes depending on specific needs:

• Full Mode :

- Replicates the entire remote NDI network, including source names, metadata, groups, and subnets.
- Ideal for large production environments where multiple sources need to be shared.

• Individual Mode :

- Sends only specific streams rather than the entire network.
- More suitable for sharing a single camera or a specific source between two sites..

3- Support Full NDI and NDI-HX Codec

- Full NDI support for maximum quality.
- NDI-HX support for connections with limited bandwidth.

4- Advanced bandwith management

- Compression optimization to adjust video quality based on network capacity.
